The Scholarship Competition is open to Junior High (6-8th grades in odd-numbered years) and High School students (9-11th grades in even-numbered years) wishing to recieve finantial assistance toward a Summer Music Camp or other institute of music instruction. This years' competition is for grades 9-12. JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL DIVISION

Audition Location: St. Cecilia Music Center
Maximum Performance Time: 12 minutes
Application Fee: $10.00
COMPETITION RULES
1. The 2010 competition shall be open to any piano student currently in grades 9-11, whose teacher is a member in good standing of the Piano Teachers' Forum.
2. The repertoire shall include one work from the Baroque or Classical Period AND one work from the Romantic, Impressionistic or Contemporary Period. The repertoire must be memorized.
3. One copy of the pieces, with each measure numbered, must be furnished for the judge. Photocopies may not be submitted.
4. Scholarship auditions are closed.
5. A winner and two alternates shall be selected.
